One of the ways we serve families best is by being responsive. When someone reaches out to us, we work quickly to begin the process. Most monument designs are turned around within a day or two, and often the very same day. Families shouldn’t have to wait weeks just to see a design for their loved one’s memorial.
We also focus on delivering monuments in a reasonable timeframe. At Legacy Stoneworks, we measure lead time in weeks, not months or years.
For standard headstones 36 inches wide and under, our typical lead time is about three months or less. Larger stones, over 36 inches, can take up to four months, and custom stones that require special materials or quarry work may take up to six months.
Even with those timelines, our goal is always to deliver sooner whenever possible. In many cases, we’re able to complete monuments faster than expected because we keep common stones and materials in stock.
